Vermella Union

We moved in a couple days ago and made a list of pre-existing issues to post maintenance orders for. Adam showed up and swiftly knocked out every issue one by one. He was super friendly, professional, and helpful. Were very happy that now we have working laundry, lights, doorways, and windows!

From the very first email I received, expressing interest in an apartment for my mom, I knew we were in great hands. Steven B. is very kind, patient, and answered every single question we had. I visited with my husband and three children and he was extremely courteous. He led me every step of the way from visiting the apartment to my mom signing her lease. We have been living here for about two years. This is a wonderful complex with an excellent layout of the apartments. I absolutely love it here. You can barely hear your neighbors thanks to the great soundproofing. Everything is always clean—in the hallways, at the reception desk, everywhere. All mail is delivered to the Amazon Locker. In the summer, the pool is open, which is a great bonus. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for taking walks with a stroller. The building itself is beautiful. They always send email notifications about events or important updates. You can always rely on the staff. I’d especially like to mention Khadishia from the leasing office. Elliot came to help us with a maintenance request and he was super helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the issue and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
