I had the best experience working with Bruce to close on renting a townhome. My wife and I did not have much luck in house hunting and with our lease coming to an end, we started to feel the pressure of finding a new living situation. Bruce was kind enough to let us tour a townhome that already had an application in the event that the first applicant fell through. Thankfully for us, the applicant was not able to to perform and Bruce reached back out to me to see if we were still interested. Within 2 weeks of Bruce reaching back out, we were set up for a move in date once we provided all that Bruce needed. Bruce managed our two-family home in NJ while we were living overseas, and we truly appreciated his help during that time. We had to relocate at short notice to a different state and were not ready to sell our place. Spoke to a few PM services and finally selected Bruce with Franco Realty to manage our condo in NJ. Franco Services has been managing an investment property of ours in NJ for a few years now. After the house was acquired, Bruce, the owner, and his team helped with everything including installing a french drain in the basement to deal with a water issue, installing new lighting, painting etc, preparing the house for rental. He then quickly rented the property. Tenant issues are infrequent thanks to proactive preparation by Franco Services. If an issue does arise it is resolved quickly and properly and with clear communication. Thanks to Franco Services, this is a headache free investment. We will definitely use this company moving forward for all of our real estate needs.
