I had an excellent experience at Ave Union! Julia was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and at home the entire week. She truly exemplifies wonderful hospitality and outstanding customer service. Over the weekend, Doris was just as impressive — she was warm, helpful, and gave great feedback about the Union area whenever I had questions. If you’re looking for an apartment or a short stay, Ave Union is absolutely the place. Thank you, ladies, for making my stay such a positive experience!

I recently moved into the AVE Union apartments and Alex has been a great help from the start. From showing me the apartment, to answering my questions, to helping me with the move, and now checking in after my first week- Alex has been there. Also, the receptionists, including Snejana, have been very helpful so far! Looking forward to living here.

This place is outstanding! You couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff and dynamic. It is definitely a home away from home, with everything you could possibly need and more. Walking distance to shops and a great evening in NYC with friends. We were able to cook meals with family and enjoy the great outdoor amenities.

My stay at the AVE Union was exceptional! The staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming. Anytime I needed maintenance, it got done within that day or the next. Everyone here made sure to build relationships as well. They host events often for the residents to attend, like yoga events, a summer lemon party, and much more. They provided refreshments and snacks and even had love music. The apartments were fully furnished which was a huge plus from coming from out of state. They have cleaning services once a month which really helped out too. Overall, it is an amazing place to stay and I absolutely loved living there!!

Amazing place to live, we lived here for 7 years and it was a great experience. Staff is very friendly, place and facilities are so good. These apartments have a beautiful courtyard with well maintained view, our daughter used to play all summer here along with other kids.They do offer daily break fast on weekdays, swimming pool is very well maintained with an onsite swimming guard in the summer. Gym has brand new high quality equipment including sweat towels, mats etc. Staff is very flexible and agreed to many requests with in our 7 years stay and they never said no to any request as long as its reasonable ask.
