Sol at Vermella Union

I relocated from Mississippi to New Jersey for work. The first place I looked was Vermella at Union. I lived there for 18 months and loved it. But I have to be honest, I kept looking next door at Sol. It was so beautiful and everyone I saw leaving in or out, always was smiling. When my lease was up, I moved into Sol. Steven was amazing to work with for site tour and leasing. I had the opportunity to meet the Manager, Selina Scott recently. I now see why there are so many people wanting to live at Sol. It's an amazing experience and I've never felt anything but welcomed ! Thankful I get to live among amazing people !

I stopped by Sol at Vermella Union after hearing good things and was really impressed. Collin took the time to walk me through multiple floor plans and explained how the building operates day to day, which I appreciated. The amenities stood out right away—especially the gym and common areas, which are well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The property feels quiet and well managed, and the location makes commuting and daily errands very convenient. Overall, it felt like a place you could truly settle into. Touring with Collin made the experience easy and enjoyable.

I recently had a great tour at Sol at Vermella Union. Huge thanks to Collin for an excellent tour— Collin was extremely knowledgeable about the property, amenities, and the surrounding area, and made the entire experience smooth and informative. The building is modern and truly feels like luxury living, and the gym is amazing, which is a big plus for my fitness journey. The location is also very convenient with easy access to NJ Transit and nearby shops and dining. Highly recommend, especially if you tour with Collin.

Have lived this this apartment for more than 2 years and a half. In general very nice apartment and the facilities are quite good. Moving in and out process is very easy and staff are quite friendly. Get my security deposit was back very quickly after moving out without any issues. My favourite part is the maintenance team, who take care of the building well and very responsive to work orders. Sadly have to move out due to personal reasons and I would definitely recommend sol to people who wants to live in the Union area.

Two words: Selina Scott! She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire application process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything step by step and was incredibly thorough. Great tour, great location, and exceptional service—I’ll definitely be recommending The Sol at Vermella to friends
