Vermella Broad Street

I love living at Vermella... Not only is the buildings super clean and very well maintained. They are safe, with security and cameras which I love as a single woman. The amenities like the swimming pool, gym, dog park and several activities every month. Everyone is so pleasant, maintenance issues are handled very quickly. Deliveries are a breeze and I love how they let you know that your packages have been delivered and it's safe. I left my Stanley cup by the mailboxes while I was grabbing my mail, before I knew it concierge was at my door handing me my cup, I was so surprised and thankful. No shoveling when it snows, we have inside garages....another safety feature. I can go on and on I just love living here.

Adam from maintenance has been absolutely amazing since we moved into our new apartment. He’s not only been quick to respond to requests, but he’s also taken the time to explain things and make sure we fully understand how everything works. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping residents feel comfortable and taken care of. Moving can be stressful, but Adam made the process so much smoother for us. We really appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail — he’s a huge asset to the property.

Great place to live and the maintenance staff is always on time for appointments, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure whatever needed is fixed and back to working properly. Adam is a great member of the team. I've known him from the last Vermella I was at (Vermella East) and bringing him over to Vermella Broad was great. He is surely an asset to the team!.
