I recently leased an apartment at 50 Rector Park in Newark. I am writing to report a very pleasant experience. My tour was detailed and thorough. All of my questions were answered. The leasing staff went above and beyond to facilitate my move in. Mr. McIver, Tiare, and Natasha, coordinated the entire process seamlessly. The building is a strong solid building. The apartment is quiet, with soundproof windows. It's a clean, well maintained building. The concierge staff is helpful and responsive to deliveries, visits, and requests. Certainly, the close proximity to the Performing Arts Center, and all forms of transportation make this an ideal location for any forward thinking resident. I'm pleased with this selection.

It’s a great experience living in the 50 Rector Apartments. The space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable layout. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and, more importantly for me, NJ Penn Station, which is walking distance; a trip to NY is less than 20 mins. Management has been professional and responsive, always quick to address any questions or maintenance requests. The building amenities are well-kept, and the overall environment feels welcoming and community-oriented. We've just moved in this week, and absolutely happy with our decision! If you are looking for good value with easy transit access, this is the place. Plus, the team here is awesome! Tiare made sure we had answers to all our questions and accommodated our requests. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Santos and Daniel made sure that our move in process was smooth and the apartment was in great condition.
