I've been living here for close to 5 months now and I absolutely love it here. The building staff is welcoming, the amenities in the building are the best, with the gym, lounge and rooftop. Also cannot forget the outdoor pool as well. (I'm super excited about when this opens up during the season) The building is very close to Penn Station, literally just two blocks over which makes my commute into the city unbelievably easy. It's literally just 20 minutes into Manhattan. For the space you get and the money you pay, you would pay 3x for this in the city. I'm really happy about my decision to move here. I love the building and love the space I've curated for myself here too.

We rented a one-bedroom apartment as a pied a terre to take the wear and tear off from our commutes (to One Gateway and to mid-town NYC). This is a gorgeous building that feels like a high-end hotel, and the apartment is spacious with brand new finishes and floor to ceiling windows - and on clear days/nights we can see Freedom Tower. The 24/7 concierge is great and the amenities are really outstanding. Leasing and move-in were a breeze with the help of Tawanna and Gary. Best decision we have made - the close proximity to One Gateway and Newark Penn have given us literally hours back in our weekdays.

Been living here for 6 months and it has been a delight. The views are to die for. I get to see the sunset everyday and even double rainbows when it rains. Truly magical. Yes if you open the windows you could hear sirens, but it’s a mayor city, of course you would hear them if they come by. When the windows are closed, you don’t hear anything. Plus I sleep with fan for white noise. So I sleep like a baby. The staff is super friendly, and courteous, especially maintenance. If you have any minor problems, they come right away and get it fixed. The amenities are fantastic. I take full advantage of the gym, the pool, and the sky room. Love the proximity to the train. Iconiq has been a breath of fresh air! I previously lived in a busy area of Brooklyn and was nervous about the change. Gary and Tawanna have been generously accommodating throughout this transition. The views and amenities are phenomenal. I’m pleasantly surprised how quiet it is, considering our location. Grateful for this beautiful new beginning.

Best apartments in Newark! Love the proximity to the path. Clean building, good environment, semi regular events, and the sky lounge is killer. If you’re planning on living in Newark without a car this is the place to be.
