Hello, I just want to say that Rebecca & Eddie have been so helpful throughout my moving process! I came for a tour and immediately fell in love with the apartment I had ( Eddie) giving me a tour he went through everything I needed to know I did the application same day and 2-3 days later I was already approved! They both have been very attentive always there when I have any questions. Rebecca went through the moving in process with me and explained everything about the apartment & how to use my apps. very nice lady! I appreciate both of them very much! Thank you both for everything :) now lets enjoy this beautiful apartment!!

Today I had the chance to help clean the city, and it was an incredible experience. Thank you Envy by Gomes for the opportunity and thank you to everyone who took part in making a difference. Together we picked up trash, cleared sidewalks, and made the streets feel fresh and welcoming again. What made it special was not just the cleaning, but the teamwork and community spirit. It felt great to be surrounded by people who all cared about making our city look better. Small actions really do add up to big change. I recently moved into ones of Gomes building and I am thoroughly impressed. Aside from the beauty and care of the space which is immaculate by the way. The staff is chef kiss 💋 the leasing staff were very courteous and helpful from the beginning, I honestly felt like family. When move in day came I was introduced to the housing staff. Kyle did my inspection with me, he was patient and very knowledgeable. He explain to me some fundamentals about upkeep appliances in the apartment which I was very grateful for. When it was time to actually bring in my things, I met Rebecca. Rebecca is such a sweetheart everything from her voice to her deep desire to help. I've been living here for the past five months & so far so good, the staff is amazing! Recently there was a snow blizzard and I wasn't able to shovel my car out due to a physical injury, and the management staff by the names of Joel and Rebecca made it their business to personally shovel my car out for me with no hesitation. I appreciate how they care for the residents
