We purchased our home from Veridian Homes in Mequon in December 2025, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The process was smooth, well organized, and the team was incredibly supportive throughout. A special thank you to Cody Freidel, Rachael Bublitz, and Claudia Hansen for providing outstanding service. They were always responsive, helpful, and made sure all of our questions were answered along the way. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the home buying process much easier and enjoyable. We are extremely happy with our new home and truly appreciate the great experience Veridian Homes provided. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build or purchase a home.

If you’re someone on the fence about purchasing a new build like I was, READ THIS! I’ve always heard things that have swayed me away from purchasing a new build (bad quality, rip off, overpriced, cut corners to make $). Our New Home Specialist, Nicole, was quick to answer any questions we had and helped us get started on the building process. Laura, our Designer, understood our vision, made sure our plans were exactly what we wanted, and was helpful when we had changes to our original design ideas. Although we were driving 4.5 hours from Minnesota for every meeting, we always headed home more excited and confident that we made the right choice for us. We met Rachael a few years ago, looking for a home in the area. Over a 2 yr period we met with her several times and ended up purchasing a single family home in the Arrowood sub-division. We had such a fantastic experience working with Noah Switz throughout our home-building process! From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, organized, and just a genuinely easy and kind person to work with. He made the entire process fun and engaging by always keeping us updated with pictures and videos and sharing in our excitement every step of the way.
