Stone Point Apartments

Stone Point Apartments is a cozy, welcoming community with a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and the property is well maintained and accessible. It’s a peaceful place to live and conveniently located near everyday essentials. I’ve really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend it.

So far our experience with Stone Point has been wonderful, Kathy the property manager has been phenomenal and beyond accommodating to us and our needs. The application process was so easy and quick and everything laid out so nicely so there was no confusion and Kathy was able to answer any questions we did have. The fact that she’s lived in this community for over 20 years and her personality and attitude have given us the best feeling we’ve ever had in all of our years renting from various property owner. We are so excited to move in and hopefully update our review with more great things to say after we move in!

Stone Point is a great community to live and raise your family. The staff takes care of the residents. It’s a great place to call home.

Stone Point offered the first home for my fiancé and I for the past 2 years. Lots of memories were created here. We even adopted two cats during our stay! While the buildings are old, the character and community makes it wonderful. Maintenence is always so helpful! Kathy is wonderful and always replies thourally to everything. We highly recommend the place to others!

I haven’t started renting through stone point as of yet but I did get approved for one of stone point apartments thanks to Kathy and her staff for helping me get approved.I highly recommend
