Great little place to live. The loft apartments are amazing. The grounds are kept nice, maintenance is prompt and the staff is friendly. What more could you want at an affordable price? Plus it’s safe and in a good location.

Appleton Place Apartments in Menomonee Falls are amazing. I love the studio units and the one and two bedroom lofted units are very spacious. Situated on Appleton Avenue makes an easy walk to the charming Falls Village and any commute to the freeways are very accessible. The location is topped off with the beautiful wooded hills in the back yard.

How the hell do you schedule an apartment viewing, and then no call no show for it? You know what happens at any normal job when you no call no show? You get fired. Absolutely incompetent management that should be flipping burgers instead of managing properties.

Appleton Place Apartments deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. The apartments are not only spacious and modern but also meticulously maintained, making it feel like home instantly. The location is ideal, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and highways. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction, making living here an absolute pleasure. Excellent experience all around. Neighbors are kind, respectful - and most importantly - quiet. Units are sealed nicely too. Mine faced Appleton, and despite being a fairly busy road, the only traffic sounds that penetrated the apartment were sirens. I had to break my lease to move out of state for a new job offer. What could have been an incredibly stressful and costly process was made relatively painless by management. Definitely recommended for the price you'll pay.
