The Woodlands Apartments

TLDR: very spacious units in a nice area. Thefts, neighbor issues, ridiculous rent increases and hassle with lease renewals. If you have the funds to live here, it's a good apartment layout. Aside from that, it is not worth what they are asking. Also be prepared to be “nickel and dimed” out of more money. Pros: Very spacious. Having 2 full bathrooms and in unit AC, heating and Washer/ Dryer are great. The high ceilings are nice as well. The area is nice with restaurants nearby and the high school and other stores being close. Downtown Menomonee falls is not far away. Maintenance. The woodlands has a maintenance group that comes in to fix things and swap out AC filters. They are very quick and helpful with everything that you could need. My wife and I have been living at The Woodlands Apartments in Menomonee Falls for about a year and half and it’s been a wonderful experience. Our apartment looks out onto relaxing green surroundings, which is a major plus, and we are very happy with the modern and spacious interior and the pet-friendly policy. We most like the large windows in each room which allow for plenty of natural light. We’ve found this creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our customer service experience with the management and maintenance teams have been excellent as the staff ensure a peaceful and well-maintained living experience. The amenities are top-notch, and we’ve enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor fire pits, grilling during the summer, working out at the fitness center, and using clubhouse for events. The

My boyfriend and I moved to the area a few months ago and found the Woodland Apartments. We absolutely love it here! The residents are all very friendly and they keep the building, gym area, and community room very clean. The dog park has been an awesome addition for my pup as well! They have trails that you can walk on right near the apartments and an amazing winery, bistro/cafe and med spas! We plan on staying a while longer and I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a safe, friendly and modern apartment!

HORRIBLE POORLY MANAGED APARTMENT I paid for a storage unit, heated parking and an apartment. I never got access to a storage unit, apartment staff were barely available during regular business hours to help with issues and the entire organization caused immense suffering and uncomfortability. I seriously considered leaving Wisconsin entirely due to the lack of care and effort shown to me. I shared that I work from home and the leasing office recommended I stay underneath a family with toddlers that would routinely wake up between 4-6am and run around and cannonball onto the floor. In addition to this when I went to do laundry there was a large amount of black mold growing that was not addressed for 2 weeks with multiple calls and concerns raised.
