Verde at Greenbelt Station

As a longtime resident I can honestly say that we have a great property manager that really cares about the residents. Sandra and Kayla are absolutely awesome! Always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I need. The maintenance team is also very knowledgeable and responsive to my requests. Overall, an excellent leasing and living experience!

The leasing office is very professional and kind. They check on me every time they see me in the halls. Kayla is super funny and always showing me a great time as I walk by the office. Sandra and Kayla always tries to get me at the events but I do work a lot however they have taken care of my apartment since I’ve moved in. Definitely plan on renting this year. Anybody looking, you would not go wrong! Tina, Sandra, and Kayla are the best team I’ve experienced in my leasing journey.

Recently moved into verde apartments. Love the ambience and prompt response to maintenance requests. Had the privilege of attending their holiday party hosted by them. Enjoyed the veg noodles at holiday dinner party as well as the comedy show. They did have a wide array of dishes/different cuisines for the residents to enjoy. I only wish they had more choices for vegetarians like myself. They had a whole week of festivities. However, I had only time for the holiday party and comedy show they hosted last Friday at the clubhouse. Great job leasing team! Sandra and Keyla made sure my move went smooth. They answered all my queries. Kudos to maintenance. They not only responded to requests quickly but also left a message once work was completed. Very professional.

The leasing office is beyond helpful and super nice. I have been delivering here for more than a year now. Never have any issues, They showed how packages are to be delivered and it’s been great vibes ever since. I always recommend anyone I come across to visit Verde if they’re on the market. Community is one of the best in Greenbelt. S/O to the ladies of the leasing office!

Last month's holiday party/comedy show was a great experience. The staff are always inviting and it was amazing to interact with all of the residents and have a laughing time. Afterwards, we all enjoyed a great meal with various food options, catering to different diet types. Unfortunately, this was the only holiday event I was able to attend but I'm so glad that I did. The Verde Team did an awesome job!
