I lived at Parke Crescent Apartments in Greenbelt, MD from October 2022 to September 2025, and while the property looks beautiful, my experience was one of the most stressful, unsafe, and disappointing chapters of my life. I’m sharing this to help future tenants — especially families with children or health conditions — make an informed decision before signing a lease. Over three years, my apartment suffered from serious habitability issues that were never fully resolved despite constant communication with management: • Pest infestations: Roaches were present from the day I moved in. Rather than investigate, management implied I brought them with me — an insulting and baseless accusation. If you need an approachable ready to listen and act person in your apartment, parke Crescent got you because they have Ms Jones as the property manager. She took time to listen to my needs as a stranger in her office and was so kind and loving in the way she responded and so fast to have the apartment readyas I ran short of time before reportingto my new workplace. Once here, you'll meet Christian as well. Always prompt and perfect with his maintenance tickets.Long story short, parke crescent is my new home and I absolutely love how homely it feels in here, secure with all the amenities you need reachable. My lease is worth it!

Lived there for 1.5yrs and had a good experience. The apartment was clean. Maintenance fixed stuff when needed. Our unit had a washer/dryer combo which didn't work great, but at least we had one in-unit. We didn't use the fitness center which was small, but amenities weren't really important to us. Good location and it felt safe at the apartment. Overall solid experience.

The location and the apartment are great, but it's the staff that really make the apartments feel like a community. They're responsive and attentive when we bring up any maintenance issues we find and work together with us to find solutions if there's a problem with something. Ms. Jones and Christian are wonderful people and have made us feel very welcomed. :)
