Lakeside North Apartments

I had a wonderful experience living here. The location is very quiet and nice. There are a lot of shopping centers close by as well as metro. You get assigned parking which I loved. I recommend anyone to come live here. Shoutout to Essence and Angel for making my experience great!

I would give zero stars if possible due to the poor customer service I received. When I called to ask a simple question about which utilities were included in the pricing—since the website did not clearly state this—the representative refused to answer unless I provided my contact information. I found this unhelpful and unnecessary for a basic inquiry. I am no longer interested in pursuing this property, but I hope management takes note, as this lack of transparency may discourage others who are simply seeking clarity before scheduling a tour.

Im waiting to move .. i used to have no roaches now im infested ..They make you spray and it does no good ... dont tell me to contact the rental office cause im over that.. They do inspections but nothing gets fixed after that... They went up on rent and yeah im over it .This has turned into mini Franklin Park .. Band aids are temporary fixes .. My bandaid days are over

A friend recommended Lakeside North Apartment Homes to me a year ago. It was a great decision to move into this community. Ms. Mystique facilitated and assisted me with the all the paperwork that I need to accomplish. I was able to move in on my targeted date that very well provided ease and comfort to me and my family. She is very professional and caring. She makes sure that she calls me back regarding a question or simply an update. I am satisfied how the management created and and implemented the rules and regulations to maintain a harmonious and orderly habitation in the community by each and every resident.
