Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station Apartments

I typically don't write reviews but I feel like the experience I had moving to Franklin Park deserves a good review. The moving process was easy. Haliim and Judith in the rental office was very polite and professional, and answered any questions that I had about the property and move in process without any issues. My unit is very spacious and it is quiet at the part of the complex where i'm at, and most importantly NO BUGS OR RODENTS lol. Im loving it so far.

Very happy with maintenance team as they're extremely responsive. Our move in coordinator and leasing coordinator were godsends when we moved into our apartment in August. Shout out to the maintenance team for always coming the next day to fix things. My biggest complaint so far is that it's hard to get someone on the phone and I don't like the AI assistant. That being said I haven't had issues when I was able to go to the office in person and everyone was very helpful.

Ms. Monica from the accounting team at Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station is absolutely amazing. She is professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she explained everything clearly and made the process stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in her work. Franklin Park is lucky to have her—top-tier service all around.

I found an ad for this complex on fb and spoke with Lamar who set me up to meet with staff onsite . The staff as a whole were very welcoming ,friendly and helpful. Jihad is who assisted me with showing me options for what I was looking for to give me space plus bang for my buck . He was very helpful with questions I had regarding me completing my paperwork and explained everything well. The Process to complete was quick and easy.I am hoping the experience stays the same after I move in as I’m looking forward to it. Ps.I will update this review in 90days

They are very clearly buying reviews. I’ve caught over 100 YES over 100 mice since I’ve lived here and every time I ask for a unit change there are excuses but based on other people’s experience I don’t think a unit change will fix the issue! Not only are mice a problem I’ve had a bat in my room, with no way of knowing how it even got in there! I’ve had to deal with a man trying to climb in my window! Been harassed by a man in my building and harassed by a neighbor. They don’t care about their residents at all. They’ll falsely say they completed maintenance requests, especially extermination ones which is crazy. They’ll falsely say raised the prices in the washers and dryers and they don’t even wash your clothes thoroughly NOR do your clothes get dried all the way I even paid extra for my
