Shane Cahill is a master of his craft. He has dealt with me (which is a huge task in itself) with complete honesty and provided a wealth of information to back it up. He was so understanding when houses wherent for me or if we changed our minds on something. During an awful storm I visited the property we where going to be closing on and there was an actual lake in the back yard. He sprung into action for us to check everything out and make sure we where informed. During this situation the main concern was flooding but his was for the safety of me and my husband since the house uses well water... we never would have thought of that ourselves.
