Excelsior North Greenbush

I moved into this apartment complex almost 1 year ago (Halloween) and recently renewed my lease! I’m excited to continue calling this place my home. The community is peaceful, safe and always well maintained. The staff keeps residents informed and communicates any updates or notices clearly which I appreciate! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The team is friendly and helpful. Overall my living experience here has been great and a wonderful sense of comfort that makes it easy to call home😊

We loved living here. My wife and I moved into the neighborhood and we couldn’t have been more blessed to have done so. It was a clean community, comfortable, spacious apartment and neighborhood. We got our first dog here and the management team was so easy to work with in this venture. We would have stayed forever but we wanted to buy. The move in process was flawless and the move out process was the same. I imagine the facilities will only get better and if the management team remains the same it will continue to be one of the best places to live in the capital region. Close to everything, kind community, large luxury apartments, I really can’t talk this place up enough.

I have lived at Excelsior North Greenbush for over a year. The apartment itself is very spacious with an open floor plan and plenty of light. We love the Modern farmhouse look too! It is also very quiet here. We can’t hear our neighbors downstairs or next to us at all. So there is plenty of privacy. When we sold our home and decided to try out longterm apartment living, we weren’t sure what to expect. Our first choice was not a great experience. They didn’t have really great management or maintenance. But we have had nothing but a great experience with Management and Maintenance at Excelsior. Management is extremely accommodating and always quick to respond. Maintenance is friendly, quick to respond to anything we need and does a great job keeping sidewalks and driveways cleaned up in the

We have lived in our three bedroom apartment at Excelsior of North Greenbush for a year and couldn’t be happier. The unit features, high-quality appliances, excellent soundproofing, and an ideal layout that makes it feel like Home. The neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, hiking trails, and in local schools, and the community Itself is welcoming and friendly. I feel safe and comfortable here. Amanda, the leasing agent went above and beyond during my initial inquiry and has continued to be incredibly responsive and helpful. Chris, the property manager, is friendly and always available when needed. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team and look forward to continuing our residence at Excelsior of North Greenbush!

We have lived here for almost a year and have really enjoyed it. After selling our house we were looking for more modern arrangements and we have been very happy here at Excelsior. We love the stress free living of having everything taken care of, including landscaping and snow removal. They have been very responsive here to anything we need. The living space is great, very open and spacious.
