I picked this firm because it was a long time well established firm in Troy. I picked Jim after I spoke with a neighbor whose home was very successfully sold by Jim. My neighbor spoke highly of him .I wanted someone who knew the Troy residential market. I met with Jim months before I was going to sell. I wanted know what I should do or not do to prepare to sell the house. He gave me a lot of good advice that proved correct. He respected my wishes when I said "I'll call you, don't call me". when I'm ready to go to market! He respected my views on arriving at a selling price. He wrote such a great description and pictures that I had an offer of $15,000 over asking within 5 hours of being on the market!! Could I ask more of a realtor?
