Stoneledge Terrace Apartments

I live here but since the second I signed our lease I wish I didn’t. First off the property is in good shape and has newer buildings. The property itself hasn’t been an issue as much as the landlords. The first landlord before they sold tried to charge us a fee on our security deposit because their bank wouldn’t accept payment from our bank. Shortly after moving in they outlawed smoking on the whole property, not a big deal but it was met with continued harassment from the property manager to sign a lease addendum to the lease we had just signed 1 month ago. Fast forward a month and we have mold collecting in the toilets, shower, washer and sinks. It seems this water is not safe to drink. DO NOT DRINK IT. I’m currently a tenant who has been living here for around 6 months now. DO NOT SIGN THIS SCAM “LUXURY” apartment 1.) I paid 2k for the deposit when we first signed, in which they tried to tell me it did not go through and would have to pay again, on top of a “late” fee. I called my bank and went through EVERY payment/statement and it DID in fact go through to the apartment complex. The landlord apologized and said that they actually DID see it. This is the first red flag… 2.) We pay a pretty penny for rent that INCLUDES parking. There has been a beat up Benz sitting in our lot taking up space that has not moved in MONTHS. It has been covered in snow since the beginning of the season. We have continuously complained about it and nothing has been done. We were actually told to rent a garage

I lived at Stoneledge for six wonderful years. Grounds were kept beautifully. Gorgeous views within a nice area. Maintenance was amazing. The admin staff was more than accommodating.. I can’t see enough positive things about my years living in Stoneledge( not enough room here). I like to Thank both Stephanie and Pam for all their hard work in making my stay fantastic. Sorry I had to leave. I’m sure someone’s gonna enjoy my apartment.

The property is very nice and very well maintained, however I applied and feel like I was discriminately excluded from becoming a resident. One of the ladies in the office was dismissive and basically told me I didn't qualify because I had a fish tank and I didn't make enough money. This is incredibly ironic because the property manager at my current residence stated I don't understand what they were looking at. I told her it could have been my permanent tan.I wasn't going to even address the ignorance I experienced, but consumers with my complexion need to know. The good news is that I'm in a two bedroom with a garage that no one else has ever occupied. I toured my apartment while it was being built, and it was erected in 2024. I lived in this apartment for more than 3 years. I have never seen such a beautiful apartment complex. The amenities are awesome. The garden is managed very well. I really wish I never had to leave this apartment complex. Future tenants can lease these apartments without any doubt. The management is excellent. I hope I will be coming back again soon.
