Ventana Cove Apartments

I’ve lived at Ventana Cove since 2018 and it’s been a great experience! The community is always clean and feels safe. Recently, landlord Aida has done an amazing job with repairs, upkeep, and enforcing rules, which makes it even better. I feel comfortable walking my small dog, and the new parking arrangements have made such a big difference. I always find a spot when I get home. Quiet, safe, and well taken care of. GREAT place to call home. Highly recommend!

Ventana Cove apartments are so cute and we REALLY loved our apartment. However, I truly don’t understand how corporate can allow families to freely live with a portion of the complex roof being in need of repairs. I have complained since July and my neighbors stated this has been happening for over 2 years and the roof isn’t being fixed. They can’t even fix the septic system- it’s being pumped twice daily and I’m sick of the smell. I honestly don’t know why more people don’t leave reviews. The manager Mya is the sweetest and can only do so much without approval of corporate. So I get it’s not her fault. But something needs to be done. My daughter was renting from here they targeted her and other tenants when they brought up unacceptable living situations they told them they weren't allowed to have anything outdoor decorations outside their door but allow everyone else to have them. they throw away wicker chairs from someone's porch but leave the tenants that aren't complaining alone the new management is absolutely horrible the old management was amazing my grandkids loved her and constantly say what happened to the old nice lady why is this mean lady here the new manager is a piece of work and should not be allowed in management position as it's clear she has a personal vendetta and Target certain people not sure if it's particular but they are in low income housing all the people that they have given horrible apartmen

Aida is an awesome landlord. Apartment complex definitely looking better since she's been here
