Don't die here and leave family to clean it up. I had family pass away in this apt. The manager PROMISED me I would receive the deposit even though we were struggling, they will give you 30 days to clear out, and if you are over by 2 days, charge another months deposit even though you suffered a family death. This must mean they either underpay their clean up crew or take advantage of occupants families. They are only "church" in name not in spirit or any other abstraction. If you expect family like consideration despite being under governmental regulation, stay away.
