Participated as a buyer ,in an online auction with them. Primarily old radios and the like . Won 4 lots of items and was very happy with them UNTIL: Despite having a very narrow pick up window ( 2 hours on one day only) and BOLD disclaimers everywhere about failure to pays and failure to pick up etc ... When I did show up to get my stuff , at the prescribed time , they flat out didn't have over half of my items . Yep . Pretty much got hit with " whoops , we musta gave your stuff to someone else " . No worries , we can refund you rhough" . I dont want refunded , I want the items I spent hours watching , researching , bidding on , finding a market for etc . Very poor form . This was my first experience with them and pretty certainly is my last . I would avoid using their online auction s

I have been to two sales at this facility. The only reason I went to the second one was because a relative needed a ride. It is SO dark inside this place you almost need to use your flashlight app just to get to the rest rooms - let alone checking over the auction items for flaws, marks, or authenticity. I didn't bother to get a number on my second visit, but the first time I was there the office staff was extremely rude, not only with myself, but the person in front of me. Just unpleasant experiences, both times I was there.

Sold 50,000.00 worth of my furnishings at an auction in 2014 then cut me a check for $1200.00. I think they're thieves! .. Left me with nothing and I ended up homeless because of it.

It's sad, well as very stressful having to take care of a love ones estate. Jason Margo of Kiko Auctions came in and eased all the stress by taking care of everything for us. Jason and his team were very kind, caring and compassionate from the moment they arrived and throughout the entire process. They made it stress free well as allowed us to focus on our loved one. Purchase over 400.00 of knives on proxybid they were all in condition shown and the shipping was fair and speedy delivery.Proxy bid has a lot of shipping & HANDLING gougers there but not these people.Would buy from again anytime
