I have bought several homes in my life and never had an issue with getting my original deed to the house I bought. Bought my home October 10th. And here we are July 11th and I had to pick up a certified copy! Because patriot sent my deed to the house I SOLD and it got sent back so they claim they forwarded it to my new address. I haven’t had one issue with getting mail at my new house. Then in January I emailed the woman who we worked with and she claimed they she no longer has the original but can get me a certified copy in the mail and I never received it. So then in may I had my original realtor handle this bc I was going to be very rude, so may 29th she went in and was told the same thing, they’d get it out in the mail. STILL have yet to receive it so I call yesterday and supposedly si
