I don’t usually give reviews or ratings for companies I’ve dealt with but my experience with Steve from Northeast Ohio Home Buyers was a breath of fresh air during a challenging and chaotic time in my families life. First and foremost his professionalism is impeccable and his outwardly optimism and genuine concern for the overwhelming challenges we were facing was a blessing from above. Most refreshingly he didn’t play numbers and haggle games and treat me like an idiot like the other 6 companies I’d already dealt with, Steve was honest and direct and I knew his knowledge and advice were sincere. Adam came over and the very same day gave me the offer I wanted to avoid listing my house. The process was so quick and easy. 3 weeks after the contract was signed, the title was transfered over and we got paid within 24 hours. I shopped around for a buyer but they were by far the best. They all have such great perosnalities are are great at communicating. I honestly would suggest just using them. Shopping around probably isn't necessary!
