Truly impressed by the service provided by Varsity Tax Services and the attentive customer service from Diana. I am a potential customer but have not used them in the past and Diana took the time to go over every detail with me and ensure I was comfortable with the process. I am excited to use their services!

Not a great experience. Over 30 days after closing, still no funds. As an agent, we rely on title to pay us. Title is responsible to deliver funds to all parties at closing. Imagine waiting over 30 days to get paid!?! Or imagine you're a seller. Would you want to wait that long for your home sale proceeds? We tried to be patient, waited over 30 days for an apparently lost check, and rather than write anything more, let me paste the replies we got, their words, not mine: "I can put a stop payment on the check which will cost you $20.00 and then I will overnight it to you at my cost (if you want it wired, it will cost you an additional $30.00) or we can give it a few more days to get to you." "We do not work for the USPS and have no control over delivery." "I do not appreciate you trying to

Informative! Kind! Professional! Affordable! Rob really helped us out last minute, and he literally made next to nothing ($). He was kind, generous, and patient. To have that kind of service is almost unheard of these days, especially when there was not much in it for him. I highly recommend this company!
