I have done work with this company for three months now and they are unquestionably the best I could ask for. Anna Foster was my realtor who helped me organize this deal and onboard my property into their system seamlessly. I'm an out of state investor and the trust I have in this team is rock solid. Anna places my tenant quickly and since it has been managed by them I have not had to think about the property at all. They handle absolutely everything and understand how to run your property in the most efficient and profitable way. I told these people I was going to be late paying rent this month I've never been late before he serves me papers for an eviction process on the 2nd of the month so if you are 1 day late you will be evicted. This is nonsense when I told them I will have the money on the 4th I would of only been 3 days late. Legally I should have until the 5th but these people dont care about the law so see you in court. Also if your rent is 1700 a month they make you pay through a portal on an app the app charges you a 50$ payment fee so whatever your rent is add $50 to it but they dont tell you that when you sign those papers

Very poor realtor service. The lady is rude. We asked her to look in to it for us about the carpet and she said that she didn’t have to look into it for us. It’s not her job. What kind of people are these They tried to charge us for things that we did not do in the home, stating that we ruined carpet that they had to clean when the carpet was nasty. They rented the place 3 days after we moved out When we moved out they lied about cleaning service and took our money.

It bad when they rent a trailer to the elderly, and the furnace goes out after Thanksgiving, and still not fixed ,I hired a furnace man to fix it,Furnace has not worked for 6 weeks how do they get to do this to old people.

I’ve rented from Anna for several properties and several years now! I’ve NEVER had any issues BUT I’ve also never been late on my rent. I’ve paid my rent on time, came to her with serious concerns about things and she’s gotten it fixed immediately. When we had a carbon monoxide leak at one of the properties, she made sure we were placed somewhere safe until able to return to the home. My dog broke our window while I was at work and she had the maintenance man at my house the next morning to replace it. We had really stinky water from our current house d/t the water being off from them doing renovations , she had someone the same day there flushing it out. While searching for a new house d/t us needing to upgrade size, she gave us the address of a house not posted & still in middle of remod
