Brookside Apartments

We absolutely love our apartment at Brookside! From the moment we moved in, it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and genuinely feels like home. The layout is perfect for our family, and everything has been well-maintained. A huge shoutout to Anna — she is AMAZING. She’s always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond anytime we need something. It makes such a difference having someone who truly cares about the residents. Overall, we couldn’t be happier living here and would highly recommend Brookside to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

Not related to this particular set of apartments, but under the same management team for the East Pike apartment complex in zanesville, white ones by the airport.. the unit we lived in had major plumbing issues , like a drain in front of the closet in the living room would have water and soap come up through it and soak our floor, sinks and toilets constantly clogged up, bathtub leaked, floor was ruined in bathroom from tub and leaking toilet, caused mold to form, living room window mold all around it, when we moved out mold going up closet walls and bedroom wall, constant bug issues there , sprayed or not , to many to keep up with, because the units are so close together. We had cameras and tenants and their company would constantly walk in front of them or stand in front of our do

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had living at Brookside. Management was great. Quick and competent with any maintenance requests. Would highly recommend this complex to any seeking a great place to live.

Literally the worst place I've ever lived. Roaches are a CONSTANT problem. They tell you that they offer free pest control but it's only because there's constant pest problems and they spray once a month ... And you still will have them. Appliances don't work and they never fix them. The stove in my unit quite literally had an electrical Arc that exploded sparks all over the kitchen when I turned it on but they never fixed it . The electrical Arc was so bad that it blew a hole right through the electrical ring of one of the burners on the stove. The refrigerator light was hanging by a wire with electrical tape around it inside the fridge . The AC in my unit was so old they hardly make parts for it anymore but they wouldn't replace it. The AC went out all the time. I paid 775 a month and it

I have a friend that rents here. I occasionally help walk her yorkie , when she works long hours. The complex is well lit …clean & comfortable. Location is great.
