Great affordable apartments based on income not much different from any other apartments only giving a 3star for the fact of the floors being very creaky sounding and no washer and dryer hookups the staff is friendly and helpful

Dated but quiet, neighbors love to gossip

Terrible place I was put on a wait-list told it wasnt very long called to check an application and they told me how far I was then called back when I received a letter that I was denied and was called a liar and that I could not have spoke to someone about placement since they are not allowed to disclose that info terrible service and terrible staff

This place is a joke you get on the list and your name comes up and they say they called you 3 times which in my case is a lie I have not one missed call nor any voicemail messages from them and if they send your letter to an old address and it gets sent back with no forwarding address they won’t put you back on the waiting list for 6 months!!!! Also if you call in to update your information with them make sure you don’t!!! Go in face to face and possibly record them on what they’re telling you because they will lie!!!

Two of my kids and their family life there and have for years. At one time somewhat sketchy but they're under new management now and they have and continue to improve.
