Hahaha 😂😂 this HOA is a joke, they are so unprofessional, rude, hire horrible untrained idiots to maintain the property, if they maintain it at all. If i could rate lower it would be lower than the property manager herself. She's such a peach, gives zero flying fugs about anything unless you hound her and match her energy. Honestly. You literally do have to be murdered for additional outdoor lights. We're still waiting for someone in our building to die so we can have the smallest bit of protection. Waiting for the electrical panel to fall off, be careful where you walk, you'll fall 5 inches off the sidewalk. Needed a simple yes/no question about a house being sold in a community they manage. I spoke with a receptionist who was very rude - she wanted me to send the question in writing (no issues with this part), but couldn't tell me a timeframe for response (which again, is potentially fine, but a rough estimate would be fine). I asked for her name just to keep track of who I spoke with, and she kept telling me she is "just the receptionist" and wouldn't even give me her first name. Not sure who would want a mgmt co with such little accountability that you can't even know who you are speaking with for simple questions.

I have never had an HOA before and Vanguard being my first experience with them I don't feel so great about it. I have had multiple email exchanges to discuss the issue regarding PILES of large tree branches and twigs. These are scattered throughout the community area. I have been very kind and vocal and nothing has been done to resolve this. I was told to contact Montgomery county about this. They handle main county roads NOT the community areas which is the big complaint I have. It has taken months just for one of the smaller piles to be picked up. I don't own a home here I rent, but I feel sorry for my landlord that her money is going to waste. I just want where I am renting to look nice for myself and the larger community and it seems that'll never happen. Not to mention there is trash

I recently had an issue with a hornet nest on my balcony and reached out to Vanguard Management Associates Inc. Annie Geralis responded incredibly quickly — within a day, the exterminator was already at my home taking care of the problem. He was kind and explained everything clearly, including why the hornets were attracted to the area. Annie’s fast and thoughtful response really made me feel supported and safe.
