I am a first time homebuyer. I was searching for an inspector online. Called multiple places and felt most comfortable with Camelot. They took time to answer all my inquiries and helped me gain in understanding of what takes place during an inspection. And what to expect after the inspection as far as the process goes. On the day of the inspection, I met Bob. He is very nice individual. While he was doing the inspection, I was asking him questions to learn and understand. He explained everything on the spot.
