Lerner Black Hill

Green, clean and quiet community. Really nice walking area, parks for kids, indoor and outdoor gym. Nice amenities and lobby area. Crystal park trail is amazing. Snow plows were on time worked all day all night. Management is super nice and helpful. Overall great experience. Only thing is if you get a farther building you have to walk or drive to leasing office to get your package. Reasonably priced.

Ms.Eman Haddad was extremely helpful from the moment I came to tour until the moment I moved in. I have zero complaints and have been very happy with my decision to move here.

I have lived here for 3 years and currently still reside here. When I first moved in, this was a great community. The facility was well maintained and management was helpful, professional, and communicated effectively. Since the management change, the experience has drastically declined. Fees have increased across the board with little to no communication. Customer service and professionalism have become extremely poor. Recently, my car was towed. I was informed that another resident was reimbursed due to hardship. I explained that I am also facing hardship, with a 1- and 2-year-old who are both sick, and their car seats were inside the vehicle. I have no transportation and no way to retrieve the car easily. I was told management “is not in charge” and does not communicate with the towin

I have lived at black hill for the last two years and it has been a wonderful experience. The management team is very helpful, Jeannie and Anthony have made me and my husbands time here and great and always answer any questions we have. Maintence has been very quick to resolve any issues and they constantly make sure we feel at home. We love living here I also want to say the gym is one of my favorite amenity and we appreciate you keeping it up!

We cannot recommend Eman Haddad highly enough for her outstanding support during our recent move to Lerner Black Hill. Downsizing is a daunting task, especially when dealing with the high volume of forms required today. She was professional, responsive and incredibly organized, guiding us through the entire online application process with ease. Eman went above and beyond to make sure we secured the unit we wanted for our new chapter. We are so grateful for her help!
