Liberty Mill

My repair was done in a timely fashion. Maintenance did a great job and fixed up any of the needed cleaning up. The work was done properly, professionally and the maintenance personnel person was friendly and helpful.

A few weeks ago, our garbage disposal broke, and we submitted a maintenance request to our building’s maintenance department. Technician Maximo M. responded promptly and completed the repair in no time. He was fast, clean, organized, and efficient—clearly very knowledgeable in his work. Maximo left the area spotless, as if nothing had happened, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth and seamless.

Poor property maintenance. There is an annual $450 amenity fee. The gym and common areas aren’t maintenance regularly. Treadmill belts are loose and buttons hardly work. Door knobs to common doors are broken, stairwells not maintained. Maintenance never fix anything on the first visit. They need to order a part or have a contractor come out. Now, management completely refuses to fix anything and try to charge u. Stay away!!

I very much like it here and hope to be able to afford to stay long-term The office staff is amazing and they want to do everything they can to help you. Stephanie and Sean are great, but I also really like the former property manager, Rachel, as she is just the biggest sweetheart! If you’re in a bind, Stephanie will do everything she can. Sean is always at the ready to tackle even the smallest problem and ensure your happiness. There is a real sense of community here that isn’t found in many places.

We absolutely love living at Liberty Mill! I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. The office staff is outstanding. Special thanks to Stephanie for all your help this week. I also really enjoy the resident events, they’re such a great way to connect with neighbors and build a sense of community.
