Needs a new front door, heater doesn't heat 2 closet doors coming off of the tracks

Leslie sucks and will not rent to you if you point out an issue. Maintenance suck and shady. The one who said they wouldn't rent to you. You saved yourself a headache. You don't have to do anything but pay your rent on time and she still won't renew your lease. The best thing ever happened to me.

Excellent Property Manager Leslie! Professional, Friendly, Pleasant to deal with, Resolves any issues promptly with the help of her friendly maintenance staff who have also went above and beyond! Fairly quite place and plenty of parking ... I lived here for over 1 year and the only reason I'm moving is due to work location transfer adding 2 hrs drive time (& Leslie has even been helpful with that) Please keep in mind when reading reviews that people who break contract rules, don't pay rent on time and/or have complaints on them ect... tend to leave bad reviews out of spite ect... Talk with Leslie yourself and I am sure you will find her as I did ... Thank you Valleyfield Staff for providing a great and affordable place to live! <3

My second time renting out an apartment here. I appreciate Leslie for being understanding to a few of the concerns I did have. One of the maintenance guys is very unprofessional and always have I don’t care attitude. Poor job. It is quiet for the most part. I wouldn’t want to come back here though.

Senior citizen having lived here for 27 years, in chemo treatment, being evicted for reporting black mold to city. ,(No, it's not me). If you are looking to live in a place " managed" by cold, heartless cheap skates - this might be your kind of place.
