Valley View

My grandson and I have lived at Valley View Apts. for 3 years now and I have very few complaints about the management or the maintenance personnel. If I have a leaky faucet or even need a light bulb changed, because I can’t stand in a chair to reach it, maintenance are at my apartment the very day that I call. I have never had problems with someone trying to break into my apartment and I do have a good sense of security here. The neighbors that I have haven’t caused any trouble and we would actually look out for one another. Our cabinets are from the 70’s but I would trade that ANYDAY for the security that I feel that I have here.

You can't even have a washer and dryer. It's too quiet and it just sucks. I mean it's not awful but it's not the best place to live. They ARE pet friendly. Hardly ever in the office. Way too many rules. Maintenance men are super rude. Especially the white one.

I was told I could move in the 26 of April. When I went to get my keys the district.manget, Rashard Pruitt told me the office person hadd been. Arrested. She told I Had to fill out more forms and she wouldbe in touch she never returns calls and hasn't given Me back my deposit as she said she would. Be weary. r

I have lived here for a year and 1 month and the staffers master maintenance man is a good guy just having problems with a neighbor that keeps blaming us for everything that happens to them their door caught on fire on June. 16 2020 they're blaming us and they're going to tell if they called the cops on us and they're going to tell the landlord we did it and I'm not going to be blamed for it

Valley View is a great place to live! Management is so helpful and maintenance is so quick to respond. Thank you!
