I hear that the maintenance is non-existent here. Also it looks like they don't keep apartments clean, every building needs a good exterior cleaning. The sidewalks and parking lot both need cleaning. Kind of makes you think it is run by slum lords...
Nice appartments...but can't stand the carpet ...they should do away with the carpet and put wood or tiles or some other kind of flooring other than carpet...carpets my opinion is to hard to deal with
lived here 7 years in May nothing done to improve the apartment other than having the front and backdoor painted and rent has went up every year ... need carpet replaced and walls painted but dont know if they will do that because i was told when i moved in my carpet was to be replaced and paint but never happened ...
