We bought a house through Elizabeth Mills and we would never recommend her. There were items that needed to be fixed and asked for a licensed contractor she fixed us up with a handyman that didn’t do it right and didn’t finish what he started and didn’t finish before we closed and she didn’t inform us he didn’t get it finished until after the closing, which she didn’t show up for. When trying to get the floor fixed she kept procrastinating and ended up with unreliable people who didn’t do the job correctly. All in all this was not a good experience for us. Elizabeth doesn’t communicate,she is not trustworthy and she lied to us over and over. Whitney Jones went above and beyond helping us purchase our forever home. From coordinating cross country delivery of vehicles to setting up a flexible closing time because of our long journey to get here. It was incredibly helpful to have someone knowledgeable who was able to walk us through the process. She has been a wealth of information about contractors and inspectors and all the little things that we needed to know about all the people that we needed to have help us through this process. Even after the purchase was complete Whitney has been instrumental in helping us find all of the local things that we needed to make our house a home. Chris McHargue is a great Realtor. He really takes the time to make sure you find the right house for your needs. He makes himself available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Also, he can sell houses all over the state of KY, or he can list your house & get it SOLD...most of the time on the same day as listing.
