Amazing place for families that need help. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. I see the negative reviews and no doubt it’s from the people living here for free, complaining about not getting more. Like a home / roof over your head isn’t enough. Sometimes you can’t please people. But if you’re looking for a safe clean home for yourself with/without children I highly recommend Corbin Manor. The wait list sucks but you can’t just make or force more apartments to become available. So stop complaining about nothing. Be grateful.

horrible maintenance, i moved in and my bathtub was broken. was told they were gonna fix it and never did in the three years i lived there. the tiles were broken on the tub wall allowing moisture to get behind them causing black mold. they just don’t care. but let the HUD people show up and they will be in and out of your apartment fixing everything so quick just to cover their own butts

Owners maintain the apartments pretty well.

I know there’s so many rumors on this place and I get it. Low income comes with many issues however my experience isn’t like that. I been here a little over a month, everyone I’ve ran into is so nice including tenants. The office staff are as accommodating as they can be even at times going out of there way to help. The only place in corbin to help out parents single moms & dads to get a clean nice home for our children. Thank you corbin manor.

I visited there last week and its gotten worse since I moved away from there. I lived in the back for many years. At least we had a basketball court that had a ball goal and swings and slides. Nothing for the kids and young people to do. But I can tell everything else is the same! 2 out of 5 ⭐. I do NOT recommend going there!
