We have live here going on 6 years, and the first 3 years weren't bad, but Samantha the new manager sucks so bad and she doesn't care about family with kids, I have 6 kids and she served us with an eviction notice. Thier are cock roaches infested in my building and I reported them but not quick enough because she fined us 25 dollars, which there are 8 apartments per building so I don't know if she fined them or not because they had Cockroaches as well, then they had an exterminator bug bomb the building which got rid of most of them but not all of them, and because she we didn't report that we were still seeing them they evicted us, I was already trying to find something else because they were making it stressful and we were going to just buy out our lease, so I'm kind of glad they cancel

When I first moved in to Valley View 3 in Dec 2019, it was decent. I quickly realized just how bad this place was. Racist and dirty neighbors, repairs are never done, dirty grounds. Mgmt says to take video and pictures but does absolutely nothing about issues. When I finally moved in early 2023 I sent a letter of request and waited 2 months for my security deposit back. In the end I had to threaten to sue to get my money back. I eventually got it back, less $85 but my advice...look elsewhere for housing.

Horribly marked buildings, no lights, and no map online. You can't find an apartment. Parking lot will eat your front end if not careful. 0 pride in ownership / management.

We have lived here over 3 years and we have never had any issues. The management team does a good job at handling everything. Repairs get done in a timely manner and it's pretty quiet where we are. Other areas have a little more action but still not too bad. There are parks for the kids to play on and also basketball courts and a small gym. All are well kept.
