This company was great to work with! We are first time home buyers so as soon as we sent in our offer we began looking for someone to do all of the inspections we could think of. Total Home Inspection Services came up first on the list. We then received a recommendation for them as well so we pursued their services. Upon further review I saw they did all the inspections we wanted and more! After going through their website and looking over prices etc. we did not schedule because they were closed. The next morning the owner of the company called just to see if we had any questions and so on. When I was ready to schedule I called in and the receptionist, Brandy, was very professional, friendly, and insightful. We did have to schedule farther out than we had hoped but it was worth it. Jack provided a through, easy to read home inspection report on the same day of his inspection. I used Total Home Inspection Services for a building inspection of a home I'm purchasing. It was a home built in 2000-2001, so it had about 20 years of wear. I thought Jack and his son did an awesome job, paid attention to detail for me, and gave us a great report that included even minor information that we would want. He was present at this house for over 3 hours, and had the report emailed to me before he left the inspection. I would recommend to anyone.

I am a buyer considering to purchase a manufactured home. Jack did an outstanding job and was very thorough. I have never bought a manufactured home before and Jack educated me on things to look for. The report contained photos which was excellent because I am able to show photos to my seller on the items we need repaired prior to the purchase. He went on the roof, and crawled under the house; and caught items that I missed. If your looking for a home inspector, I would highly recommend him. I typically dont give reviews or recommendations, but, Jack's service is an exception. It is worth the money spent.

Professional and was quickly available. Jack spent a couple of hours at the house we are in the process of buying and issued a 54 page report with pictures. We then had a follow up call and went through any items I had questions on. I greatly appreciated his perspective and opinion and would absolutely recommend.
