I don’t really understand how this PM company has such good reviews. They are pretty unprofessional. Their processes are very strange. I checked if they had any pending applications on a property on Friday to which they stated they did not, then had someone go to a showing that same day, then were told we needed to send requests to a particular email to get applications. An email request was sent that same day. I had to repeatedly call to try and get information on what was going on and when an application would be sent. Then called again the following Monday and come to find out an application had been approved. The math is not mathing. I feel we were purposefully not followed up with and ignored for a property we could have easily afforded. If I was a homeowner I would not use this prope

By far the most understanding and professional management company I have worked with. Any problems were dealt with immediately, I will miss doing business with Far West reality. I have been a client of Far West Realty since it began. It was the third property management company that I had dealt with and it is by for the best. There are many good qualities about this company, being prompt to concerns, presenting great tax reports, finding excellent renters, but their one quality that stands out is their honesty. It is such a relief to have a competent company that takes good care of my rentals when I am not present.

Far west is a Good company with caring employees. My husband and I rented a house from them for over a year. And they always did what was right. I would recommend them to anyone.
