I am Danielle Derois with Old Soul Creatives (Paint n Sip business) and I had the recent privilege of teaching a class at Homestead Talking Glass apartments. I so thoroughly enjoyed myself. The management staff was so accommodating from start to finish- From the planning and coordinating straight through to clean up and tear down. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist in any way they could. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to work with them as well as the wonderful residents.

Mia was my first point of contact at the apartments and she is amazing. Walked me through the steps in the beginning, super easy move in, and was always a friendly face when we went to the office or used the common area facilities. The apartments them selves are nice, spacious and modern updated throughout. Any issues we had throughout our time there were quickly corrected with good communication throughout the process. Jerome, (I think that’s his name), was always taking care of things and was polite and nice when working in our apartment or seeing him around the grounds. Mia was always around to help and assist also, she added great personality to this complex and was always a joy to talk with. It was great to have someone like that in the office and around to help tenants.

I lived here for 2 years and can say that the management of this place is going to run it into the ground. James was incredibly difficult to work with during the move out. When the apartments burned down across the street there was considerable damage to my unit. Management did nothing to try and fix it or give me cheaper rent despite the damages. They laughed at me when I asked for cheaper rent despite what looked like a war zone across the street. I also was evacuated and they wouldn’t put me in a hotel or reimburse me. In addition, they closed the clubhouse / movie room/ business center which used to be 24/7 and made it only open during business hours and again did nothing to compensate us. Who wants to watch a movie at 3 pm on a Monday? The maintenance is horrible and they will do ever

We’ve completed restoration work at this property and had a positive experience working with management. Work orders were clear, access was coordinated promptly, and communication was professional throughout the project. Solid management team thank you Camille
