To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this report to formally file a complaint against the housing manager due to her consistently poor behavior and negligence in performing her duties. Her manner of dealing with residents is unprofessional and disrespectful, and she often fails to respond appropriately to requests or complaints. In addition, there is a clear lack of follow-up regarding housing-related issues, and she does not carry out her responsibilities as required, which causes ongoing inconvenience and problems for residents. This poor management and neglect have a negative impact on the quality of living and overall comfort within the housing facility, which is unacceptable. The person who assisted me today, January 31st at 1:00 p.m., was extremely discourteous and unfriendly. It was evident that they were in a very bad mood, possibly because they had to work on New Year’s Eve. Additionally, they refused to provide me with further information about the $1,995 apartment. I kindly request that you hire better-trained staff with a genuine willingness to help, as this experience completely discouraged me from moving forward with this otherwise very beautiful place.

Tldr; Valencia is my home, the management has been stellar while I deal with my financial problems, would recommend 100% Valencia apartments......I really can't say enough good things about Valencia. And Neli....I'm going through a crisis! and Neli has been such a blessing I am in a very bad spot in my life. When a guy is facing hardship, the weight on his shoulders is immediately lifted just enough to crack a smile when one of the forces against him is civil and not judgemental or stern. One star rating was intentional. Because kids can learn about different cultures. They change your deposit amounts while signing the lease (which is illegal), so record that. The managers yell at kids for making noise or playing on the grass (which is a selling point for them) contradicting themselves. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR BS THAT THEY HAVE SECURITY. Management or maintenance go into apartments without consent, so get a camera. I have had 600 dollars stolen but couldn't prove who it was because I didnt have a camera at the time. They force you to get renters insurance, or else you can get evicted. Im guessing it's because they allow the homeless to go on the premises and do whatever. My experience living at Valencia Apartments has been overall very good. I lived there for almost six years. Moved away for six months and I'm about to move back to Valencia. I think that says it all. The grounds are kept very, very nice. Almost resort-like in my opinion. Neli in the office has always treated me very well and been friendly and professional. The two maintenance workers for the complex have always responded very quickly to my needs and are very friendly. The apartments are constantly being remodeled and are very nice. The rent itself also very reasonable to comparable apartments in the area. And not having to sign a lease is desirable for me. To be fair, the only criticism I have would be the transients on La Palma which is not the fault of the apartment complex it
