South Park Apartments

Manager Perla Vargas was wonderful to meet. Throughout the tour she took the time to show us the entire property and didn’t rush at all. Overall it was a good experience.

I visited South Park Apartments last Friday, the Manager Perla was very courteous with me. Even though she did not have vacancies, she gave a little tour of the property. I noticed that some the tenants said hello to her and were smiling to her in our tour. It looks like they feel connected to her. I have lived in many different places and usually managers have a lot issues with the tenants, not in this case. It look like this apartment complex is pleasant place to live

Really enjoyed my visit here. Perla was very respectful and very professional. Would definitely recommend applying here if your looking for an apartment 👍🏻

I live in the South Park apartment for 3 years, is a really nice complex, my neighbors are a good and quiet people, But our best experience is our manager Perla, She is a really nice,friendly and hard working women that I never see in apartments , She always maintain nice and clean the complex, also She is always there when you need her, and for any repairs, her handyman is a really nice and hardworking man too. I would really recommend living here.
