Jason Brookes was amazingly helpful! He was able to run scenarios and give us an exact path to get approved for the amount we needed. He's very honest and straightforward. Most of all he was patient and even got us a better rate than we thought we were getting. He got us 1.75 points lower than what the current rate was! It saved us hundred per month. I couldn't recommend him enough and will be bringing my business back anytime I need a refi or new mortgage.
