I recently purchased a new home, and the process took about 4-5 months from start to finish. The team at Rise Mortgage was helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire journey. My lender is someone I consider extended family, which made the experience even more comfortable and trustworthy. Rise Mortgage has been our family's go-to lender. My mother-in-law, brother-in-law, my wife's grandfather, and three of her uncles have all purchased homes using Rise Mortgage, which says a lot about the consistency of their service. If I could give a 4.5-star review, I would, because there's always room for improvement. But if it comes down to choosing between 4 and 5 stars, this was absolutely a 5-star experience. These aren't enough stars... Rise Mortgage & Real Estate is a 10 star company. I highly recommend Rise! Gustavo and his staff are professional and courteous. My late grandfather gifted his house to me before he passed away. They helped me refinance. They made it an easy transition. There were ups and downs, lots of emails, phone calls and text messages but through it all they were very accommodating and readily available.
