I lived in this complex for 12 months and was very satisfied with my experience there. From the start, the application process was clear, and the responsibilities of both the leasing office and myself were thoroughly explained. The property was well maintained, and my renovated unit came with new appliances, which was a great plus. The leasing office team was always welcoming and supportive. They handled complaints and requests professionally, and the online portal for submitting maintenance requests was very convenient. I used the portal twice—one request was handled promptly with clear communication about the staff member’s name and expected arrival time. Another request took longer, but once I followed up with a call, it was resolved quickly. The amenities, including the gym, clubhou

I strongly advise you to be very careful before signing a contract with this complex. I had a terrible experience moving out. Predatory Lease Terms: They do not remind you about the notice period. If you don't explicitly tell them you are leaving well in advance, they automatically switch you to a month-to-month rate which is $500 more expensive. Unfair Move-Out Charges: Even though I left the apartment in perfect condition, they still charged me for carpet cleaning and general cleaning. It feels like a scam to keep your deposit. No Prorated Rent: If you move in at the end of the month (even on the 29th), they will charge you for the full month, not just the couple of days you actually lived there. Poor Conditions: The fixtures and furnishings are very old. The air conditioner is extre

I've found Vairo Apartment online. I am an easy person to deal with and don't really complain much, but living at Vairo Village was an exception. Here are the reason: 1. Increase of rent by 23.35% after the first year: They are NOT obligated by law to increase the rent at a affordable rate, they used their advantage and cut the throat. Are you ready for a increase that they think fair? I talked couple of times, waited hours at the office for a humanly decision, because moving is not fun. But they came up with 20% increase offer! I was feeling like bargaining at a fish market. I moved in to a town house with more space and paying less :) Look around! 2. My car was towed the second night of stay. I had my car pass, but not on the car. Again, guest pass will work if not on the car. Interestin

(Current Resident as of April 2025) As someone coming from Newark,NJ looking to start my life over it was quite the godsend to find Vairo Village Homes. I was able to find a studio which includes utilities for less then 1340 a month. The amenities package also includes on site club and workout facilities as well as onsite pool and firepit for you and your guest to enjoy (you recieve both resident and visitor bands to help make things easier for family friends to enjoy themselves and midigate constant confirmation)and also includes wifi for your home. While many residents are student i myself have not had much of any noise issues but it should be known not all neighbours are curtious. Currently as of making this review i just paid for my 5th month where we have a onlien web-portal to handl

While the location is convenient, the cost does not seem to align with the overall value. The building is old and any embellishments fall short of their intent. Anticipate additional fees
