We had a fantastic experience with Vadala Real Estate when we purchased our home in Gloucester. Mark Vadala knows Gloucester and the surrounding towns inside and out, and was tremendously helpful -- and patient -- as my wife and I toured numerous listings to ascertain just what we were looking for and could afford. I highly recommend Mark and team, and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again should we contemplate another transaction at any point down the road.

Terrible!! This is my 7th Real Estate transaction at 65 years old. I made a big mistake hiring Mark. The representation i received lacks integrity and transparency. The absolute worst Realtor experience I had ever partnered with. Total waste of $26k commission. Too much to list all of the issues but if I'm challenged, I willing take my time to list them. Before I hired Mark Vadala, my neighbor warned me as her close friend on Taylor Street hired Mark and was also deceived and had a terrible experience. Looking back. I should've taken her advice. I don't recommend Vadala Realtors. Find someone else and avoid the situation
