Kathleen was absolutely amazing - very professional and easy to deal with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If I could give 10 stars I would! She went above and beyond the call of duty to make the sale of my house happen, pitching in and responding to requests in an extremely timely manner. She has an excellent way of staying on top of all the necessary documentation and processes needed to make it all go smoothly, and prompted me as needed all the way through!

This was a first time for me both selling and buying, so I don't have any previous experiences to compare with. However, Jane and Brian were patient in guiding me throughout the challenging processes, always accessible for replying to and answering any questions. I felt that we had a good rapport. And because of their extensive knowledge of the local business, they also had excellent contacts such as a stager and other people or services that aided in other crucial parts of the selling. And then, together with another in-office person I was led to an unexpected gem of a place which I now own.

Hats off to Debra, she is terrific! As newcomers to Cape Ann, we needed someone to be a realtor who could also be a guide and local resource, and she did it all. It took us a few months to find what we were looking for, and at every stage along the way, Debra worked very hard on our behalf: for example, she went to two different towns to get zoning information we needed. Debra has a sharp eye when it comes to evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of a property, and she is very savvy about navigating the purchase process. All in all, an excellent realtor and, to top it off, a real pleasure to work with!!
