Pond View Village

Would not recommend. Everything is broken nothing gets fixed. Management is terrible and harrasses their tenants. They'll call and tell you that your smoking in the apartment because tenants are complaining and they can only smell the smoke if they put their nose to the crack of your door. The laundry is terrible. Snow removal is mediocre. Would not recommend the apartments until they get new managment and fix everything. If I could gives less than a 1 star I would.

Well, even though some neighbors can be rather bizarre at times, they aren't as tacky as what some of you people are claiming. Meaning, yes, they have a lot of good qualities, and some bad qualities.

I wouldn’t recommend for handicapped or disabled person. The elevator in the 75 Lepage building is constantly broken! Definitely not suitable! Otherwise it’s a roof over your head :/

Pondview Village condos are great. Apartments have management who like to steal funds of the residents.

It was where I went so I was there. The black market goods are abundant.
